Govt announces support for heavily hit companies, first damage estimates coming

Ljubljana, 7 August - While most companies in the parts of Slovenia hit hardest by flooding are still assessing the damage or waiting to be able to do so, some are already warning that it will run in dozens of millions of euros. Economy Minister Matjaž Han announced on Monday that the state will help with furlough schemes, and liquidity loans or subsidies.
