Week-long jazz festival starts in Novo Mesto

Novo Mesto, 14 August - The 23rd Jazzinty Festival and international jazz workshop are starting in Novo Mesto, eastern Slovenia, on Sunday. Running until next Saturday both events will feature almost 50 musicians from 13 countries. The Jazzon Award for the best Slovenian jazz composition will be awarded to pianist Matic Štemberger for the piece Catharsis.
