Housing Fund's public rental service flopping even harder this year

Ljubljana, 15 August - The public rental housing service set up by the country's Housing Fund in 2022 produced very modest results last year, while faring even more poorly this year, with only one unit rented out thus far. The gap between commercial rents and those allowed to be offered by the fund continues to discourage owners from opting for the scheme.
