Pesnica, 15 August - A new rail section between Maribor and Šentilj on the border with Austria was opened for traffic on Monday a year after a 1,530-metre tunnel Pekel was broken through and two months after works were completed on a 900-metre-long Pesnica viaduct, the longest railway viaduct in the country.
