Weekly argues prudent spending, monitoring needed in flood relief efforts

Ljubljana, 16 August - The weekly Reporter says in its latest editorial that Slovenia should spend flood recovery funds more prudently and establish a monitoring system to keep a check on how and where the money is invested.
