Slovenia's GDP in second quarter up 1.4%

Ljubljana, 16 August - Slovenia's economic growth accelerated in the second quarter of the year. Gross domestic product expanded by 1.4% on the year before, after having grown by 0.8% in the first quarter, the Statistics Office said in a preliminary release on Wednesday. Quarterly growth was at 1.4%.
