Flood relief
"The biggest challenge will be infrastructural repair": After the devastating floods that hit Slovenia two weeks ago, the country will have to prepare three sets of measures - efforts to help the affected people and industry and measures to repair the damaged infrastructure. Civil protection
"Bigger units would work better": The recent floods revealed the shortcomings of the civil protection system, which used to be more robust when there were fewer municipalities. (front page, page 2)
