Blue chips lose ground

Ljubljana, 17 August - Slovenian blue chips posted across-the-board losses on Thursday to drag the SBI TOP benchmark more than 2% lower to a five-month low of 1,181.88 points. Insurance stocks continued to lose ground, but big-cap stocks including Krka and Petrol were also down. Volumes exceeded EUR 2.1 million.
