Idrija celebrates its famous local dish

Idrija, 19 August - Idrija Žlikrofi, a ravioli-like traditional local dish, is celebrated in the small town of Idrija on Saturday. The speciality, the first Slovenian dish to be awarded EU-protected geographical status, can be stuffed with different fillings, and this year certain unconventional variations are showcased.
