Coast-bound motorway just outside Ljubljana busiest of all

Ljubljana, 21 August - The section of the A1 motorway between Vrhnika and Brezovica just south-west of Ljubljana recorded the most passenger vehicles in Slovenia in 2022, logging 19 million cars. Freight transport was the heaviest on the A1 between Koper and Postojna, with 6.1 million goods vehicles, data from the Statistics Office show.
