DARS to retain EUR 48.14m in distributable profit for 2022
Ljubljana, 22 August - The state-owned motorway operator DARS will not pay out its distributable profit for 2022 in the amount of EUR 48.14 million, and will allocate it to other reserves, Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) decided on behalf of the state as the company's sole shareholder at Monday's AGM.
