Delo does not see many reasons for optimism regarding EU enlargement promises

Ljubljana, 29 August - Commenting on the promise of an EU enlargement deadline made by European Council President Charles Michel at the Bled Strategic Forum yesterday, the newspaper Delo says that too many promises had been made in the past two decades by both the EU and the Western Balkans for this one to be a cause for optimism.
