Demand for rooftop solar exceeds grid capacity

Ljubljana, 30 August - Potential investors have long complained about an increasing number of rejected applications for rooftop solar, and this trend has been confirmed by the national electricity distribution operator SODO, which says almost a quarter of applications for self-supply have to be rejected because of insufficient grid capacity.
