Primorske calls for measures to increase food self-sufficiency

Koper, 1 September - Talking about high rates of food import dependency, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Friday that rules, which are often too strict, should be loosened and systemic incentives introduced to increase the country's food self-sufficiency.
