Novo Mesto, 4 September - Novo Mesto, the regional urban centre of south-east Slovenia, whose main sports export item so far have been cyclists, is bound to soon also be churning out excellent swimmers, as the town's indoor velodrome has been joined by an indoor swimming pool complex.
