Delo sees hope for peace talks diminishing

Ljubljana, 5 September - The newspaper Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary that the meeting between Turkish and Russian presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin in Sochi, which did not bring an agreement on the transport of Ukrainian grain across the Black Sea, shows that there is no longer any prospect of peace negotiations.
