Delo finds bank tax proposal rash

Ljubljana, 6 September - The newspaper Delo finds it puzzling that the government should be rushing to secure the money for post-flood reconstruction even though it is not clear yet how much the reconstruction would cost. It finds the proposed bank windfall tax has not been thought through and could backfire.
