Committee votes down upper chamber's construction act changes

Ljubljana, 6 September - The parliamentary infrastructure committee threw out on Wednesday changes to the construction act drafted by members of the upper chamber with the goal to prevent legalisation of illegally built buildings that have existed on agricultural and forest land for a long period of time.
