Info commissioner investigating bailiff for taking medical records

Ljubljana, 11 September - As a private medical centre offering plastic surgery and beauty treatment in Ljubljana recently went bankrupt, bailiff Franko Slavec seized the medical records of patients, who are now unable to access them. The country's guardian of personal data has opened an investigation to find out where and how the medical records are kept.
