Primorske Novice not surprised by deadly car crash

Koper, 14 September - Commenting on the chain collision on the Ljubljana ring road on Monday in which three people died and two vehicles caught fire, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Thursday that, although technically human error is responsible for the crash, the state and institutions responsible for road maintenance are at least indirectly responsible as well.
