Prescription fraud indictment against former doctor dismissed

Ljubljana, 19 September - An indictment against a former doctor accused of prescription fraud in 2012-2014 and one of his co-defendants was dismissed in Ljubljana District Court on Monday after the main suspect was declared permanently incapable of attending the hearings.
