Večer says floods reminder of where hazardous industry should be placed

Ljubljana, 20 September - Večer notes in Wednesday's commentary that chemical analyses of soil and silt after the August floods have revealed the old sins of heavy industry, adding that the post-flood reconstruction effort is an opportunity to realise that hazardous industrial plants should not be placed in the most sensitive areas.
