Mladina: Žbogar's Security Council appointment due to Malovrh's lack of experience

Ljubljana, 29 September - The magazine Mladina ponders in Friday's editorial Expensive Lesson on reasons for the Foreign Ministry's appointment of experienced diplomat Samuel Žbogar as head of a special mission for Slovenia's UN Security Council membership, saying that Boštjan Malovrh, head of the country's mission to the UN, doesn't have the needed experience.
