Ombudsman and NGOs call for child-centred education

Ljubljana, 28 September - Following discussions on the planned reform of the national programme of education for 2023-2033, several NGOs have urged that children and their rights and benefits be considered in the reform. School systems do not emphasise soft skills enough, they noted in a joint statement with the Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina.
