Slovenia stepping up intl humanitarian aid with memorandums

Ljubljana, 2 October - Slovenia signed on Monday special cooperation agreements with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as well as the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in an effort to further the effectiveness of humanitarian and development assistance provided by the country.
