Ex-police commissioner files lawsuit over Jušić's appointment

Ljubljana, 4 October - Boštjan Lindav, the former acting police commissioner who lost the post to Senad Jušić, has filed a lawsuit at the Administrative Court challenging the selection procedure. His lawyer has also confirmed for the STA that a request for temporary injunction on the decision to appoint Jušić for a full term has been filed.
