Delo says PM and govt perceived as ineffective

Ljubljana, 7 October - The newspaper Delo comments on the government reshuffle, saying that the support for the cabinet has been falling and would fall even more if Public Administration Minister Sanja Ajanović Hovnik had not resigned. But government "ministers are not the (only) problem", as people are starting to perceive the prime minister as ineffective.
