Municipalities asking to be reimbursed EUR 73m for flood emergency costs

Ljubljana, 11 October - The Administration for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief has received claims from 135 municipalities for reimbursement of August flooding emergency costs. Proof has been produced to justify reimbursement of EUR 73 million, which is so far less than the initially announced EUR 95 million, the authority's director Leon Behin said on Wednesday.
