Higher court overturns ruling in murder case of hermit man

Ljubljana, 12 October - After four young men were found guilty in December last year of brutally murdering a 77-year-old man at his secluded home in a forest near Grosuplje, south-east of Ljubljana, in March 2021, the higher court has now overturned the ruling. The defendants have been released from custody and there will be a retrial, newspaper Večer reported.
