Slovenia to deploy 250 troops to Romania next year, govt decides
Ljubljana, 12 October - Slovenia's troops taking part in NATO's battle group in Slovakia will terminate their mission there on 30 June 2024 and the country will then deploy 250 troops to Romania, the government decided on Thursday. It also decided to increase the Slovenian military presence in Latvia to up to 100, while there are now 35 deployed there.
