Večer reflects on constitutional amendments on judge appointments

Ljubljana, 16 October - Commenting the plan to amend the constitution over judge appointments, the newspaper Večer points to issues that are not being discussed, including whether the amendments will quietly create an "untouchable" Judicial Council.
