Unionists protest against govt guidelines on university enrolment

Ljubljana, 17 October - Guidelines for enrolment at universities according to priority needs and funding discussed by the government last week have caused alarm at the Higher Education Trade Union, which spoke of an absence of dialogue and of a possible return to the government dictating enrolment policy. The ministry denied it is dictating enrolment policy.
