Ljubljana, 17 October - It will be partly clear to moderately cloudy in Slovenia on Tuesday with morning fog on low ground. Morning lows will range from -1 to 3 degrees Celsius, up to 6 on the coast, and daytime highs from 10 to 13 degrees, as high as 17 at the seaside and in the Nova Gorica area in the west.
