Slovenia receives formal EU notice regarding public procurement
Ljubljana, 18 October - The European Commission decided on Wednesday to open an infringement procedure against Slovenia for non-compliance of national rules with the EU legislation on public procurement. Slovenia has two months to address the concerns or the Commission may send a second notice.
