Unicredit decides against merger of Slovenian and Austrian subsidiaries
Ljubljana, 23 October - The international banking group Unicredit has decided to temporarily abandon the idea of a merger of the Slovenian and Austrian subsidiaries under which Unicredit Banka Slovenija, which currently operates as an independent bank, would become a branch of Unicredit Bank Austria.
