Stojmenova Duh says EU can stay competitive by respecting digital rights
Leon, 24 October - Addressing fellow EU ministers in charge of telecommunication and digital development, Slovenia's Emilija Stojmenova Duh spoke in Leon, Spain, about the need for the EU to insist on democratic rules and promote technologies honouring digital rights if the bloc is to remain competitive globally.
