Slovenia celebrates Sovereignty Day

Ljubljana, 25 October - Slovenia celebrates Sovereignty Day on Wednesday, a national holiday commemorating the day in 1991 when the last soldiers of the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) left the country, more than three months after ceasefire in Slovenia's ten-day independence war.
