Govt adopts bill on servicers and purchasers of NPLs

Ljubljana, 25 October - The government adopted on Wednesday a bill transposing the EU Directive on Credit Servicers and Credit Purchasers, which aims to foster the development of a secondary market for non-performing loans while simultaneously preserving consumer protection.
