Ministry and NGOs call for fewer candles

Ljubljana, 26 October - The Environment Ministry is calling for fewer candles to be lit on graves around All Saints' Day as they quickly become waste, which is burdensome for the environment. A humanitarian campaign will take place this week with the aim to reduce the use of candles, donating the proceeds to the unwell or those affected by the August floods.
