Heavy rain causes flooding and landslides in west
Nova Gorica, 27 October - Heavy rains have pounded west Slovenia since the middle of the night. Several rivers are flooding and some local roads are closed due to landslides. A state of emergency was declared in the Baška Grapa Valley.
