Večer unhappy with slow post-flood reconstruction

Ljubljana, 30 October - Only comprehensive solutions coming from experts can result in resilience to extreme weather such as the August floods, or else Slovenia will be nothing but a sand caste on the edge of a stormy sea, the newspaper Večer says in Monday's commentary Sand Castle, while indicating that post-flood reconstruction efforts are slow.
