Delo says situation in BiH might require sticks, not carrots

Ljubljana, 2 November - Commenting on European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen's tour of the Balkans, Delo argues on Thursday that Brussels could be accused of a complete lack of understanding of the political reality in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The time for the EU's carrot approach is over, and it seems that the stick approach of the US can achieve more.
