Red alert issued for heavy rain, strong winds in north-west Slovenia

Ljubljana, 2 November - As heavy rain and strong winds are forecast for Thursday afternoon and night, the Environment Agency (ARSO) has issued a red alert for the north-west of the country. An orange alert was issued for the rest of the country.
