Weather: Heavy rain and wind with sporadic relief

Ljubljana, 2 November - Strong rain will spread across Slovenia on Thursday evening and night accompanied by heavy winds, with a red alert having been issued for the north-west of the country. Flooding is expected, including around Ljubljana. Things will temporarily calm down on Friday.
