Carrots with high levels of cadmium found in kindergarten
Radovljica, 3 November - Just days after the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection recalled carrots with elevated levels of cadmium, TV Slovenija reported on Thursday that children in a kindergarten in Radovljica were eating the carrots for over a month. Some 40 kg of carrots were consumed before they were recalled.
