Court finds ex-Maribor mayor in breach of integrity act

Maribor, 7 November - The Administrative Court has found that ex-Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler was in conflict of interest and in breach of the corruption prevention law when he took part in a discussion in the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, in 2019 when a parliamentary inquiry into the many court proceedings against him was established.
