Instead of reforms govt focusing on navel gazing, says Delo

Ljubljana, 8 November - In anticipation on Wednesday's meeting at which the coalition is to discuss a cabinet reshuffle, the newspaper Delo points to the absence of reforms as the government is busy navel gazing.
