Higher court quashes group rape conviction of Kosovars

Ljubljana, 8 November - The Ljubljana Higher Court has quashed the guilty ruling and ordered a retrial in the case of two Kosovo men who were sentenced to six years in prison and a five-year banishment from Slovenia for raping a woman in a Ljubljana park in March 2022, media reports say.
