Pohorje municipalities and locals strongly against wind farms
Slovenska Bistrica, 8 November - A resolute no was said to plans to build 56 wind turbines in the Pohorje Hills in the north-east as the mayors of Slovenska Bistrica, Ruše, Zreče and Oplotnica and several local civil groups were joined by environmentalists and tourism representatives for a joint press conference in Slovenska Bistrica on Wednesday.
