Parents sue UKC Ljubljana hospital over medical error

Ljubljana, 10 November - A family is suing UKC Ljubljana, the country's No. 1 hospital, over a presumed medical error which was made during a surgery to replace a pacemaker electrode on a child. The parents believe the hospital is liable and are demanding more than EUR 860,000 in damages, or more than EUR 1 million if interest for the late payment is included.
